October Marketing Symposium with Jonathan Tanner

“How to Develop a Love Group for Your Business & Brand: Unveil the process behind developing super fans and improving customer satisfaction.”

Creating “love groups” is one of the most powerful marketing strategies that can be done for a brand. Love groups are super fans that catalyze word of mouth marketing campaigns throughout communities and online social networks.

But what if you don’t have love groups?

The Box Elder Business Resource Center has invited Jonathan Tanner, Vice President of Marketing, Admissions, and Partnerships from Nightingale College and Owner of SEO Helix Marketing and Pro App Developers to instruct on “How to Develop a Love Group for Your Business & Brand.” The class will take place on Thursday, October 6, from 8:30am-1pm at USU Brigham City’s Milton P. Miller building (195 W 1100 S).

Jonathan frequently consults small to large businesses and specializes in marketing, sales, product development, and customer service. This class was developed by Jonathan after years of research and application. The research that laid the foundation for these strategies and frameworks was done by two world-renowned professors, Dr. Sampson at Brigham Young University and Dr. Zaltman at Harvard University. During the course, attendees will enjoy hands-on training and analyzing of customer complaints of systems and processes, will learn how to avoid common customer service errors, explore ideas to failsafe the process, and receive frameworks to lay the foundation for building love groups.

Come learn the frameworks that Jonathan has developed and implemented, which took his company’s revenue from -1 million to over 3 million in 24 months.

Tickets are $49.00. Please RSVP by clicking here.
